Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We sincerely ask for at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.We take the deposit for set the appointment. $50 service fee will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours to your appointment time
Late Arrival Policy
We ask our guests to arrive at their scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality experience with their stylist. We will do our best to accommodate late arriving guests within their reserved service time slot.
Lashwell does not impose any late arrival fees, but clients who arrive 10 minutes later than their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule. This policy stands so that we can ensure quality service for you as well as other Lashwell clients who arrive following your appointment.
Refill Policy
Lashwell will NOT perform refills on work that has not been done by us.
Fee of $50 will be charged for removing eyelash extensions from another salon.
